night photography





I have been trying to learn how to take good pictures at night. Still working on light settings but excited I got something other than a black screen. any tips out there?

    I'm loving the night photos. I don't know much about history, don't know much about photography but I do live in the DMV area so tell me..... What's the picture with the water pouring out from all sides? Is that other one the Jefferson memorial?

    The water fountain is in front of the World War II memorial between the Washington monument and Lincoln Memorial.

    CAn that fountain only be seen at night? What in the world is the other photo? The moon between the trees in the forest! Lord knows DC don't have many trees !
